Make informed choices

Respect, privacy and personal boundaries.

Thoughtful introductions begin with clear communication. These general reminders can help you make decisions that feel comfortable and informed.

Ask a question privately
01

Verify details directly

Confirm the identity and contact details of people you communicate with. Do not rely only on forwarded messages or screenshots.

02

Protect sensitive information

Do not share identity documents, account passwords, verification codes or financial details as part of an initial introduction.

03

Understand how your data is used

Ask who can see your information, how it may be shared, how long it is kept and how you can request its removal.

04

Take time before deciding

Pause to consider any request, payment or commitment. Seek advice from someone you trust when it would help.

05

Plan an in-person meeting carefully

If you choose to meet, agree on a public place, let someone you trust know your plans and arrange your own transport.

06

Speak up if something feels wrong

You may end a conversation or decline an introduction at any time. Contact the service directly if you need clarification.

Personal information

Share only what you understand and intend to share.

Your proposal stays private until you give publication consent and an administrator approves it. You must be at least 18 years old and have permission to share the information and photo you submit.

After approval, your full name, display name, exact age, height, optional weight, gender, nationality, district, marital status, religion, race, caste, education, occupation, introduction, partner preferences and consented photo are public. Your contact number stays private.

A profile photo is optional. Without one, a matching bride or groom illustration is displayed. If you upload a photo, adjust the 6:7 crop and confirm photo-publication consent. Uploaded photos are stored privately for review and in Google Drive; the website copy appears only after approval.

Contact us with your proposal reference or submission name to request a change, temporary unpublishing or deletion. Unpublishing hides the profile while retaining its private details and photo for review. Completed deletion removes the proposal details and its website, private-storage and Google Drive photos.

Proposals do not expire automatically. Published profiles stay visible until an administrator unpublishes or deletes them. Details and photos are retained until an administrator deletes the proposal. Contact us to request a change or removal.

When you enquire about a proposal, choose a package before continuing to WhatsApp. Review the draft with the proposal reference and package details before sending. WhatsApp has its own privacy terms; avoid adding identity documents, bank details or other sensitive information.
